This week, the whole school has been buzzing with excitement as we blasted into our World Book Day celebrations! Inspired by the much‑loved story Aliens Love Underpants, our theme brought a cosmic twist to reading, creativity, and imagination.

Classrooms transformed into space stations of storytelling, with children and staff diving enthusiastically into activities that sparked laughter, learning, and lots of curiosity. From colourful crafts to joyful reading sessions, the building was alive with the spirit of adventure that only books can bring.

It has been wonderful to see both pupils and teachers fully embracing the fun—from imaginative outfits to inventive classroom displays, everyone played their part in making the day truly unforgettable.

We are incredibly proud of the effort, commitment, and joy our children show every single day, and World Book Day was yet another shining example of their enthusiasm for learning.

Here’s to celebrating stories, creativity, and the magic of reading—today and every day!
